What is a Health Coach?

A Health Coach is a wellness authority and supportive mentor who motivates individuals to cultivate positive changes that relate to ones health.

We educate and support our clients to live their best life.

Becoming a Health Coach was a decision based on a collection of my life events and how they played out. My interest in foods, and helping others live their best life has been ongoing from the time I was very young.


I share my life with my husband, adult daughter and 3 very cute miniature schnauzies. My Dad lost his 20 year battle with heart disease in 2012 and recently my mom moved in with us. So I have experienced the awesomeness of giving birth, divorce and remarriage with a teenager in tow, and the responsibility of living with others who have issues common to aging and disease.


I am constantly growing and learning, both formally through educational courses and personal research. I hope you will join me on this journey and allow me into your life to share tips on how to live a healthy lifestyle, chat up the latest super food craze or diet, and so much more.
