It is very possible that based on your assessment that we may discover dysfunction and possible injury that you may or may not be aware of. It may be necessary to refer out to our professional partner team of medical and health partners like Orthopedic Surgeons, Physical Therapist, Licensed Massage Therapist, Chiropractors, etc...

 

Core Training

 

We believe that you build an individual from the CORE UP! We believe that Core Endurance, Core Strength, & Core Performance is the fundamental building block and foundation of any Customized Fitness Program. Every exercise is a core exercise! Self Directed Manual Therapy / Foam Rolling

 

Your corrective exercise programs starts here! First comes mobility, then stability, and then functional movement. Here we learn how to break up knots and adhesions, get blood into tight muscles, remove the toxins, remove the tension and soreness, and restore mobility. Descriptions, Pictures, and videos will be available.

Self Directed Tissue Therapy is critical an essential component of any integrated Customized Fitness Program and CAN NOT be overlooked. Based on your unique situation, we may recommend that you see a Professional Manual Therapist.

 

Corrective Exercise


Before we move more, me must move well or the chance of injury skyrockets. It's hard to accomplish your goals when you're injured. We will not put fitness on top of dysfunction and risk injury. Our goal here is transform dysfunctional movement into functional movement. There are 4 steps. First, we are moving incorrectly and don't know it. Second, We are moving incorrectly and don't know it but can't fix it. Third, if we really concentrate we can have good, healthy functional movement. Fourth, We don't have to think about it and we have great, healthy, functional movement because we have retrained our neuromuscular system and properly motor learned our movement patterns.

 

Nutrition


You can't out train a bad diet! Nutrition is a critical and absolute necessary component of your plan. We review your food log, consult, educate, and help you to set up a healthy, sound, and sustainable plan to help you to achieve your goals.
