Are you glute dormant?

 As my friend Eric Beard from NASM says "GET YOUR BUTT IN GEAR, SAVE YOUR BACK!"  The vast majority of people are incredibly glute dormant.  That is their glutes are turned off and don't work properly.  Your glutes (butt muscles) are absolutely essential core stabilization muscles.
